Naciel seven from August of year 1994 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Inicisus studied painting with the Cuban professor, Jorge Reyes, the summer of 2006. Took a course in drawings at Chavin with Carlos Montesinos, during the first four months of 2007. Since November of the year 2006 to the present, is a pupil of the famous and quoted Dominican painter Alberto Houëlmont. PC JosJavier works are impressionistic landscapes made with fluency and spontaneity. His first individual exhibition estpautada mid-year 2007 with twenty works in acrylic on canvas.
